On Saturday, August 8. 2026 Bro. Ara Co-Hosted a joint event between the Los Angeles and San Diego Chapters of the Triple X Fraternity. Bro. Ara co-hosted with Brothers Steve Chelebian and Lev Michaelian from the Los Angeles Chapters along with Master Anthony Gostanian and Bro. Todd Sarouhan from the San Diego Chapter.

The day started with the traditional “unsanctioned” surf activity at the world famous Trestles surf break in San Clemente, CA. Bro Ara joined Bros. Steve, Anthony, Todd and Bro. George Ampagoomian’s granddaughter Hayley in the lineup for a fun session. Major props to Bro. George for making the mile long trek up and back with all of his gear at 80+ years of age!!

Post surf the Brothers joined around 30 guests at Bro. Lev Michaelian’s for a BBQ. Bro. Lev did a fantastic job smoking the Tri-Tip, Brisket and Ribs, Bro. Steve Chelebian did the sides and Bro. Ara made the dips for the celebration. Plenty of food, drink and laughs for all who attended!
